- Understanding to ChatDaddy products and services and provide a solution to the clients.
- Provide support to clients and respond to inquiries.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be a college degree or diploma in customer service related courses.
- Excellent in communication skill and a team player.
