Role Description

We‘re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is experienced in/has an:
- Customer service management.
- Understanding to ChatDaddy products and services and provide a solution to the clients.
- Provide support to clients and respond to inquiries.
- Can write, read, and speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin fluently.
- Must have your own laptop/pc
- Can start ASAP!
